RETURN, EXCHANGE, CASH ON DELIVERY, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
You cannot refuse delivery and return the footwear back to us without taking delivery and inspecting the footwear. If you do so or if the footwear is not delivered despite two attempts by the courier or postal service (they have a normal practice to call in case of non delivery in the first attempt) either due to non availability or incorrect address, then the footwear will not be delivered back to you and you will have to collect the same from our Mumbai office.
In case you are not satisfied with the quality of the footwear or if there is a manufacturing defect, the request for the exchange should be raised with us via Email or by the exchange form within 7 days of receipt of the footwear mentioning the order number and your complaint. Please note that the invoice is mandatory to place an request for exchange. The invoice is to be sent along with the footwear requested to exchange. On receiving the footwear, we will inspect the footwear and if there is a discrepancy, a new footwear will be shipped back to you immediately without any additional charges. If you place an exchange request for the second time you will be charged Rs 200 as shipping charges.
Exchange for products purchased via promotional activities such as Sale, Coupons etc will not be free. Rs 200 will be charged for exchange even if it is a first time exchange, additionally if an exchange request is received after 7 days from receipt of the product within 21 days, the customer has to pay Rs 200 even if it is the first exchange.
In case the New Size Required is not available with us in the inventory we will offer you other designs which are available & we request your cooperation for the same.
In case of an exchange (Paid Orders only & request raised within 7 days of receiving the order) if CMM is not able to arrange for a pick up from the customer's address due to not availability of a courier service, the customer is liable to send out the footwear back to us along with the printed invoice of the order.
CMM will reimburse the customer Rs.100 flat for this through Paytm/ Bank transfer. The customer will have to notify us through an email on firstname.lastname@example.org along with the receipt of the same. CMM will not be liable if the cost of sending the same exceeds ₹100.
Insoles are consumable & are subject to wear and tear. Insoles will not be exchanged under any circumstances.
Please refer to cleaning instructions in the product description and in case they are not followed then your footwear will not covered by exchange policy
Cash On Delivery
For COD orders there will be an Collection Charge of ₹95 per order irrespective of the number of pairs ordered. This is not applicable on prepaid orders. COD Collection Charge is a non refundable amount.
We believe in providing customers with a great product and in case you are unhappy with our product we will refund your money, provided we receive the product within 7 days from the date of delivery in brand new condition.
The order number should be mentioned on the packing of the product, also the product tag should be intact and sent along with the product.
We do not provide Pick Up service for refund. Refund will be made within 15 days of receipt of the returned product.
The product should be sent to our Churchgate (Mumbai Store) address. We do not provide refunds on discounted products.
Incase if you have gifted our footwear to your loved ones and it did not suit their style, we will pick up the product and ₹200 will be deducted from your refund amount.
If the footwear is worn or dirty, the refund or exchange will not be initiated and the same footwear will be sent back to the customer.
After confirmation of order and receipt of payment, cancellation will not be entertained.
Warranty of CMM footwear is 6 Months when ordered through CMM website.
In case of a rare manufacturing defect and approval from our company, CMM will replace the footwear with the same design and size. This request should be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
All requests raised after the seven days period will be treated as a Warranty and warranty conditions will be applicable.
The customer is liable to send out the footwear to us along with the invoice of the order, CMM will do the required repairs and send it back to the customer.
The footwear needs to be in a clean condition and washed when sent out, dirty footwear will not be repaired and neither sent back to the customer. In case the product is under warranty and needs repairs it will be picked up at our cost and repairs will be carried out which will take minimum 15 days.
If there is no manufacturing defect with the footwear and the damage is caused due to wear and tear Colour Me Mad will not be liable for any request for repair.
Incase you ordered CMM footwear from any other channel and /or company store apart from CMM website (Eg: Amazon, Souq, etc.) that channel's terms and conditions will apply.
CMM is not liable for these orders and we will not be providing any exchanges and returns in such cases. For such orders, warranty will only be considered if a printed invoice is produced which clearly mentions the order date.
Company store customers in will not be entertained for change of design or refund one the purchase has been made. Size change will the made only if the customer has bought the footwear for their loved one who couldn't come to the store.
